Proposers of different areas of knowledge within any age, gender, ethnicity, territory, and social background. The organizing commission – composed of Alana Institute and Sesc SP technicians – included questions that will allow them to identify the proposers’ profiles.
Works must be related to one or more of the following themes:
Work presentation will be in poster format and exhibited in digital panels during the encounter, and will also be available through this page after the Conference. There won’t be any oral presentations.
Those interested shall fill out the following form with basic information about their work from March 28 to April 16, 2023.
Each proposition may have up to 6 authors, and at least one person must commit to being present at the conference.
A commission of representatives by Alana Institute and Sesc will select the works aiming to compose a collection of experiences and initiatives that dialogue with the macro themes and present characteristics of different natures.
The main author of the selected propositions will be notified via email from May 30, 2023, and will receive orientations on how to format the work into poster layout, which the organizational team will provide.
Applicants must send the formatted work in Portuguese, Spanish, or English until June 30, 2023.
Work submission is free. The main author of each selected work will be exempted from the inscription fee.
Expenses related to the preparation and formatting of the work, transportation, and accommodation are not included and are the proponents’ responsibility.
